New EPA Amplifiers

EPA Amplifier

Audac Installation Amplifiers Updated

Audac’s hugely popular DPA amplifier range has been updated to become the new EPA range.

The DPA range of Class-D amplifiers were first released in 2011 and quickly became the go-to amp for many installers looking for great sounding, competitively priced, no nonsense amps.

The new EPA range keeps all of the previously-loved features of the DPA series (including; outstanding sound quality, high efficiency, convection cooling, advanced protection circuitry, lightweight design, single 19″ rackspace) and adds an automatic signal detection circuit to automatically switch the amplifier into standby mode when no audio signal is detected.
The result is an amplifier range which is Energy-Star certified with a standby power consumption of less than 1 Watt across all models.

EPA152 / EPA252 / EPA502
Dual-channel (Stereo) amplifiers containing two individually controllable channels capable of delivering power outputs of 2 x 150 Watt (EPA152), 2 x 250 Watt (EPA252) or 2 x 500 Watt (EPA502) in stereo mode. In bridge mode, an output power of 300 / 500 / 1000 watt can be delivered to a single load.

EPA104 / EPA254
Quad-channel amplifiers containing four individually controllable channels capable of delivering a power of either 4 x 100 Watt (EPA104) or 4 x 250 Watt (EPA254). Each pair of outputs can be bridged, while an integrated (selectable) active crossover network applies high-pass and low-pass filters to the channels, creating a sub / top configuration for a stereo system with bass cabinet.

Dante Module For Audac Audio Player

Audac Expands XMP44 With Dante Connectivity Module

Thanks to the Audac ANX44 you now can distribute audio signals from a wide selection of audio sources on a Dante network.

The ANX44 is an optional module for the XMP44 that opens the possibility to distribute 4 mono or 2 stereo signals on your Dante network. With this option you can now distribute audio signals from an FM tuner, internet radio stream or an MP3 playing on a nearby Bluetooth smartphone and many more audio sources on a Dante network.

The Dante system is a network protocol that delivers uncompressed, multi-channel, low-latency digital audio over a standard Ethernet network up to 1024 mono channels.

The release of the ANX44 marks another market-leading innovation for Audac, as installing the module makes the XMP44 the first Modular Audio Player in the world to feature Dante connectivity.

The ANX44 is a Dante audio network interface for installation in the XMP44 professional modular audio system, featuring four input and four output channels.

The installation of this optional module allows the XMP44 to be integrated into any DANTE enabled AV network and flawlessly transfer digital audio with any compatible product on the market.

A truly plug & play solution is created when linking multiple DANTE enabled devices with each other on a standard IP network.

AUDAC Preamp

AUDAC Preamp Range Renewed

The PRE16 & PRE26 audio preamplifiers have been a staple of the AUDAC product catalog for the last ten years. AUDAC have now refreshed the range by replacing them with new models PRE116 (single-zone) and PRE126 (dual-zone).
These new versions include several new features such as a front-mounted 3.5mm jack input, integrated Bluetooth receiver and a priority mute contact input.
These are in addition to the existing input options which include two microphone inputs (with 3-band EQ, talkover priority and phantom power), three stereo RCA line-level inputs and a stereo balanced line-level input.
Each of these inputs can be mixed and routed to either one (PRE116) or two (PRE126) stereo balanced output zones.

The new preamplifiers are perfect for restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms, function centres and other commercial environments where flexibility, reliability and ease-of-use are of paramount importance.

Further information on the PRE116 & PRE126 can be found here.
